The 'Waterboys of Hamburg' delivered fresh water from riverboats to the people of Hamburg. They are a common site in the city and are very colorful and fun. This was a wery wery long time ago Steve!!! Hamburg also has a thing for cows but I didn't get any photos. The Lemon Lady passed out lemons to sailors hoping to ward of scurvey. Everyone who walks by rubs her finger for good luck so it is shiny.
