The latest hunk of junk is now well under way with Gordon doing the Project Management and a lot of work, along with his faithful sidekick, Tommy Campbell and the helping hands of Chad and Joey. The building was a tad rotten in spots. In particular, the two dormers which had to be removed to ground level and rebuild completely. Along with re-shingling the roof and siding and all new plumbing, electrical, windows, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms etc. etc. etc. Will keep you up to date with the work. It will be beautiful when finished and yet another one has escaped the wrecking ball thanks to Gordon and the boys. The photo of the ceiling is actually a wasp's nest!! Freakin' huge it was. There was two of them, one in each kitchen ceiling.
