On Saturday we took a 'tourist train' to Sollér, which is north side of the island. It was a beautiful day and the scenery was beautiful. The almond trees are in full bllom so it smells lovely as well. The gang consisted of Martin and Babs, Patti and Hans, and Gordon and I. On board the train we met a young woman from Vancouver. Her name is Heather Bidwell. Gordon saw an B. C. patch on her bag and that's how we met! She hung out with us for the day and I am sure we will meet again. More in the next posting on that.
